Just a few minutes’ walk from the Cité du Vin, the Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel is located in the trendy Old Quays district. Gina is its restaurant, located on the rooftop for guests to appreciate the city’s beauty. This Italian restaurant offers fresh, gourmet cuisine brought together in a spirit of sharing and a colorful design space. Gina is very obviously a reference to Gina Lollobrigida, a true monument of the Italian seventh art, icon of the movie La Dolce vita.
