MGALLERY – VIENNA

Our client opened a MGallery hotel in the city center of Vienna. Our goal was to create a desirable restaurant concept in the hotel attracting outside guest coming in or out of the concert hall. Our team of experts created Apron a fine dining restaurant with a laid-back luxury feel. The restaurant opened in 2018 and has a Michelin Star.

CUCCINA MIA – SHERATON WARSAW 

Our team of experts developed a bespoke concept for the Sheraton Warsaw main restaurant. Cucina Mia revives the Italian magical culinary treasures and offers a contemporary food all day long. A meeting point for all hotel and outside guests to drink a delicious spritz and enjoy a yummy pasta dish.

AREV – ST TROPEZ

Our client acquired an old and iconic hotel in the heart of St. Tropez. Our team of experts and creative minds were asked to work on the strategic positioning of the hotel both on the narrative and on the artistic direction.

GRAND JOANNE – COPENHAGEN

Our team of F&B experts created the food and beverage concept and experience for the Grand Joanne Hotel located in Copenhagen. Our team worked on the market study, concept book but also on the menu creation as well as the beverage program and the OS&E sourcing. The hotel opened in March 2023 and is a great success.

DOX – DUSSELDORF

Our client sought to change the F&B concept of the restaurant and add more value and lifestyle. Therefore, we turned the Japanese restaurant into a French American brasserie, inspired by the roar of the 20’s, and designed by Oscar Ono. We covered the full renovation of the bar and the restaurant, from concept intention to pre & post opening training.

ST REGIS – VENICE

Our team of F&B experts created the full F&B concept of the St Regis in Venice. One restaurant, two bars, breakfast and room service were transformed into magic places. Two and a half years of operational, technical and creative work and a great result. Opening in 2019, the restaurant is now 25th on Tripadvisor out of 1369 restaurants and contributed to the success of the hotel and the rise of the ADR since the opening.

CHANTILLY CASTLE – HAUTS-DE-FRANCE

The owner of the château asked TripleB to transform this « MICE » asset into a lifestyle new concept dedicated to mice and individual clientele. Our team of experts transformed the classic château into a luxury work from home temple where guests can enjoy a gateway while working with colleagues or solo a new vision of the bleisure stay in a 5* hôtel. We worked on the concept creation, artistic direction, design brief, mock up room creation and F&B and operations.

PULLMAN – LYON

Triple B has been asked to work on the positioning, concept creation and implementation of the F&B in the new Pullman Hotel in Lyon designed by Studio Roque. Here, the challenge was to become more than a hotel restaurant and to overcome the location near the train station by creating a lively and entertaining place, with tasty food and colorful cocktails.

GINA – BORDEAUX

Our team of F&B experts created the full F&B concept of the Renaissance Bordeaux. One restaurant and three bars. We experienced a big challenge to bring Bordeaux’s citizens to this new neighborhood, however the result of the measured KPI’s was surpassing our imaginations! Interior designer : Michael Malapert.

APPART CITY – PARIS ROISSY

Our team of hospitality and F&B experts created the lobby and restaurant concept of the new Appart City located in Roissy Charles de Gaulle. BLOOM HOUSE – PARIS

New built next to the Gare de l’Est in Paris, new hotel concept. An urban oasis in the city center of Paris based on disconnection and reconnection to nature. Our team worked on the feasibility, concept deployment, space programming, design brief and art direction as well as F&B concept creation and deployment with the technical team steering this project. Wanderlust Motels is a plug and play lifestyle accessible brand fully created by TripleB. The first Motel opened as a pop up on December 15th in Chamonix (French Alps) and is licensed and operated by our team of experts.
